Bring both the original and digital copies of the following documents:
• Government-issued ID
• Mayor’s Permit / BMBE Certificate / Barangay Certification (original copy, clear photo/digital copy, or certified true copy)
• Proof of active bank account (deposit slip, passbook, or screenshot of fund transfer showing the account name and number of the business owner)
• Post-Dated Cheque for loans above PhP100,000
• Corporate documents (for businesses registered as Corporations or Partnerships)
