The Municipal Government of Asturias, Cebu formally announces the conduct of the 2026 State of the Municipality Address (SOMA) of Municipal Mayor Hon. Dana Andrew M. Dumdum on July 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Asturias Sports and Cultural Center.

The address will present the current state of the municipality, highlight the administration’s major accomplishments and ongoing programs, and outline its plans and priorities for the continued development of Asturias.

Anchored on the principle of people-centered governance, “Katawhan ang Sentro sa Panerbisyo,” the 2026 SOMA reflects the municipal government’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and meaningful public service for every Asturiasnon.
