The City Council of Asturias, Cebu informed that there will be a Public Hearing tomorrow January 20, 2026 (Tuesday), at 1:00 pm, at Asturias Gymnasium, Poblacion, Asturias,Cebu.
This public hearing is related to the proposed passage of the following ordinance entitled:
“An Ordinance Establishing the Rules and Regulations for the Pre-loading and Pre-Harvesting of Chickens in Poultry Farms in the Municipality of Asturias, Cebu, Imposition of Fees, Declaring Certain Acts Prohibited and Providing Penalties Thereof.”
All affected sectors, especially poultry farm operators, barangay officials, and the general public of Asturias are invited to attend and express their opinions, suggestions, and concerns regarding the said ordinance.
