Following the successful alignment meeting of local youth development officers (LYDOs) and youth focal designates of local government units (LGUs), and through the efforts of the Provincial Youth Commission (PYC), the Province of Cebu has elected the first set of officers of the League of Local Youth Development Officers — uniting youth development frontliners from cities and municipalities across the province.
This significant achievement strengthens coordination and aligns local youth programs with Governor Pamela S. Baricuatro’s 8-Point Youth Development Agenda, empowering LYDOs to champion an active, brilliant, transformative, and innovative Kabatan-onang Sugbuanon.
The league’s set of officers are the following: President: Christian Joecep S. Lazarte of the City of Talisay – President, Eldrin Ray Natad of Toledo City — Vice President (Internal), Hanz Seno Hortelano of the municipality of Santa Fe — Vice President (External), Alberto Lastima Jr. of the City of Carcar — Vice President (External), Jonmark Tacandong of the municipality of Alcoy — Deputy Secretary, while district representatives are District 1: Jayford Steve – Municipality of Minglanilla, District 2: Rogelio Culanibang Jr. – Municipality of Santander, District 3: Jose Ariel Adolfo – Municipality of Asturias, District 4: TJ Marie L. Binoluac – Bogo City, District 5: Earl Van Dutosme – Municipality of Sogod, District 6: Windhel Sapio – Municipality of Consolacion, District 7: Lovennia Joben – Municipality of Moalboal, Lone District: Alyx Sandrah R.
