The Municipality of Asturias successfully passed the Calendar Year 2025 Peace and Order Council (POC) Performance Audit, earning a High-Performing Rating with a final score of 90.13%.

Based on the official audit results released by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region VII, Asturias obtained 64.7500 points under Pillar 1 and 25.3846 points under Pillar 2.

This achievement reflects the Municipality’s sustained commitment to effective peace and order governance through sound policies and plans, responsive organizational management, proper supervision, and programs that strengthen public safety and community participation.

The Local Government Unit of Asturias extends its appreciation to the members of the Municipal Peace and Order Council, partner agencies, barangay officials, and all stakeholders whose collective efforts contributed to this accomplishment.
