A great honor was received by the Municipality of Asturias and dedicated social worker Pinky Dawn Ramos-Lazarito during the awarding ceremony of the achievers in protecting the rights and welfare of the youth in Central Visayas.
On June 27, 2025, at the Golden Prince Hotel and Suites in Cebu City, two awards were issued: the Certificate of Appreciation for Asturias through the MSWD office headed by Marianee Gabriel for the strong and active partnership with the Regional Alternative Child Care Office VII (RACCO VII), Certificate of Recognition for Pinky Dawn Ramos, PYAP Focal and social worker, for her untiring dedication and service to legal adoption and alternative child care in the region.
Presiding over the ceremony of Usec. Janella Ejercito Estrada, Executive Director V of the National Authority for Child Care, lauded Asturias and Mrs. Ramos’ contribution to improving services for the youth.
