LIKHAng Marino forms part of the DMW Kabuhayan Reintegration Program for OFWs, supporting the economic reintegration of returning migrant workers through entrepreneurship opportunities and financial assistance.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ OFW seafarers who returned to the Philippines on or after December 30, 2021
✅ Must not currently own, operate, or be affiliated with any formal or registered business venture in the Philippines
✅ Since returning to the Philippines, must not have traveled overseas for employment purposes and must be permanently settled in the Philippines
