Municipal Mayor Dana Andrew M. Dumdum met with PCapt. John Kennedy Pajantoy, OIC of Asturias Municipal Police Station, today, August 24, 2026, to discuss matters concerning the Municipality’s continuing peace and order, public safety, and security initiatives, including measures and operational requirements aimed at strengthening the local government’s support for law enforcement efforts.

Joining the meeting were Municipal Budget Officer Ms. Novah Theresse Yanong, Municipal Accountant Ms. Evelyn Pantilgan, MLGOO Dr. John Michael Monillas, and Municipal Legal Officer Atty. Annaliza P. Jayme.

The discussion underscored the importance of close coordination among the LGU, law enforcement, and concerned municipal offices in ensuring that appropriate mechanisms and resources are in place to support programs that safeguard the security and well-being of the people of Asturias.
Mayor Dumdum reaffirmed the Municipal Government’s commitment to maintaining a safe, peaceful, and secure Asturias through strengthened inter-agency cooperation and responsive local governance.
